This is not your standard Jim Beam. While it begins with the same iconic, generations-old mashbill of 77% corn, 13% rye, and 10% malted barley, this expression is aged for a full seven years in new, #4 char American oak barrels. Those extra years in the rickhouse allow the whiskey to develop a much deeper, fuller-bodied, and more complex flavor profile.

Recently re-introduced with its 7-year age statement, this bourbon is also bottled at a higher 90 proof (45% ABV), giving it a richer texture and more robust character that stands up beautifully whether sipped neat, on the rocks, or as the backbone of a premium Old Fashioned. It’s the “sweet spot” where smoothness meets deep notes of caramel, vanilla, and warm oak.
